Balthazar Vest, Continued...

I finished knitting up the vest and here's a photo. I'm not sure I like it. Tried it on and it's bulky to the point of being unattractive. I'll post pics of me wearing it later, when I have someone to take the photos. My photography is not great, the color is actually quite different than what I'm seeing on the screen. More soon!

Dang! Everyone says I knit fast.... what did you do? Stay home from work for two days? What size needles did you say? 17? That explains it... What are you going to do with the yarn if you have to frog-it?

I don't think I'll frog it, I have trouble doing that. Once I create something, no matter how bad it is, I can't bring myself to destroy it. I think I'll try wearin it, and if it's not working for me I can give it as a present. Is that bad? haha

Not me... I'm into recycle, reuse, re-do.... I have handed down some of mine that I don't like the fit, but I'll frog em! I could see someone that didn't have yarn doing it, but me? I may never have to buy yarn for the rest of my life. I'll have to do a whole knitting post on my blog.
